Multi Gardens B-17 is a subdivision of Islamabad established and developed by Multi-Professional Cooperative Housing Society (MPCHS). It is an evolving sector in the Zone II of Capital City. MPCHS has launched its mega project of Multi Gardens Sector B-17 giving it a largest scheme with respect to area, an outstanding layout plan and inbuilt modern amenities.

Multi Gardens is located on the outskirts of Margalla Hills distributed over an area of more than 16000 Kanal. B-17 is a newly emerging sector in the Zone II of the Federal State. Moreover, the project connects GT road and Peshawar Islamabad Motorway (M-1), as you can see on the map. It has two gates, A & B, located on the GT road (N5). For now, it only has entrance from the GT road; however, MPCHS has applied to get an interchange from M1. Following which, the New International Airport will only be 5-10 minutes drive away.
More residential and commercial schemes are within kilometres from the project, like Blue World and University town. Further, the society is located very close to all the basic facilities. For example, you will find many schools located not more than a 10-minute drive away from B-17, such as Allied School B-17 Campus and Air Foundation school system B-17 campus. Apart from schools and other necessaries like utility shops, you will also be overwhelmed to see that there are many recreational and business centres surrounding the society. MPCHS Multi Gardens will be accessible from more routes after the construction of a designated interchange from Islamabad- Peshawar Motorway (M 1). Besides, the project will be reachable from an expressway under construction that will touch F-10 sector of Islamabad.

B-17 is divided into blocks, namely A, B, C, D, E, F & G. Different blocks offer 5 Marla, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, 14 Marla and 1 Kanal Plots that are (25’ x 50’), (30’ x 60’), (35’ x 70’), (40’ x 80’) and (50’ x 90’) plot sizes respectively. The plots are given on 4 years instalment plans. So, book before we run out of properties! The increasing trend in demand shows it is a real possibility.
A preview of Complete and Detailed Payment Plan for the Residential Plots of MPCHS Multi Gardens Block-G is given below. The document provides cost of plots with development charges on Installments and on Lump Sum Basis. The instalments are payable quarterly. Lump sum payment guarantees 21% discount, and allotting of the plot number right away! Whereas, payment through instalments assure a plot number after the second payment. Further, plots can be transferred between two stakeholders as B-17 has tried to provide the best customer service for you. To transfers your plot in B-17 both parties will be required to visit the head office of MPCHS located in G-8 Sector of Islamabad. After the minimal transfer fee is paid and both the parties have given their consent, the plot will be transferred from one owner’s name to the new owner of the plot.
Multi Gardens B-17 is a private housing society but it is backed by CDA, and hence, it carries no complications of NOC. The development work in Block A, B, C, D, E &F has been completed. People have already started moving in the houses there. The main entry-gate’s operational for two-way traffic along the G.T Road. The society is considerably populated and contains all basic+recreational necessaries, such as schools, parks, grocery stores, banks, barber shops- whatever you ask for is there!
Meanwhile, Block G, the newest block, is soon to complete construction, and its balloting is expected to be held in mid-March. There are also Airbnbs offered for people in the society: book a stay and observe the wonderful living standard in Multi-Gardens.
COVID-19, a global pandemic, has slowed down its progress, and the demand for houses in general.
